PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for supplying carbon dioxide microbubble-containing water by which sufficient carbon dioxide is efficiently supplied to the vicinity of the leaves of a cultivated plant, and to provide a device for supplying carbon dioxide microbubble-containing water with which sufficient carbon dioxide is efficiently supplied to the vicinity of the leaves of cultivated plants. SOLUTION: The method for supplying carbon dioxide microbubble-containing water includes introducing carbon dioxide and water to a microbubble generation device 2 to generate carbon dioxide microbubble-containing water, and discharging the carbon dioxide microbubble-containing water as minute water droplets to a local portion of the cultivation plant x with a spray nozzle 4.
