PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an ozone-resistant polyurethane lining regulating valve is provided to increase the density of ozone-resistant polyurethane by pressing the outer polyurethane lining of a disk using a press. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an ozone-resistant polyurethane lining regulating valve is as follows. The lower and upper molds of a disk are placed in the lower plate of a press. Ozone-resistant polyurethane(40) is injected into the lower and upper molds of the disk. The lower and upper molds are pressed with 1,500~2,100 kgf/m^2 pressure. A valve body(10), a cover(30), and the disk, in which the ozone-resistant polyurethane is injected, are first maintained in a furnace with 90~100°C for 2 to 4 hours. After the molds are removed, the valve body, the cover, and the disk are second maintained with 60~70°C for 5 to 6 hours.
