<p>2-Thio-6-aza-uridine derivs Title cpds. (I) useful as antiviral, antibacterial and enzyme inhibiting agents and esp in the treatment of psoriasis (where R is H, 1-4C alkyl or 3-6C alkoxycarbonylmethyl and Z is a free or protected sugar residue linked to the triazine ring by a beta-glycosidic bond) are prepared by standard methods for condensing a pyrimidine base with a sugar residue to form a nucleoside.</p> |
