<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bolt structure which prevents breakage of a member by being tightened with a predetermined torque value or above and can surely and simply be removed. <P>SOLUTION: A bolt 1 comprises a shaft portion 2 having a male screw portion and a head portion 3 successively connected to the shaft portion 2. The head portion 3 is provided with a fastening engagement portion 32 forcing a hexagonal wrench R to be engaged in a fastening direction and a removing engagement portion 33 forcing a removing tool 5 to be engaged in a removing direction. A side 34 which is a contact part with the hexagonal wrench R of the fastening engagement portion 32 is plastically deformed when a torque of a prescribed value or above from the hexagonal wrench R is applied.
