PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically detect signs of a problem or the like with respect to merchandise or a service from text information represented by opinions provided from a person who relates to the merchandise or the service.

SOLUTION: A storing means stores a plurality of data blocks which are the text information represented by the opinions over merchandises or the like provided by the person who relates to the merchandise or the like and include a receiving time of the text and the text 64. A text analyzing means compares respective text of the plurality of data blocks 65 with each other by performing a text analysis to calculate the similarity to each other. A group generating means generates a new group by grouping the plurality of data blocks on the basis of the similarity 102 calculated by the text analyzing means. A time series analyzing means 11 performs a time series analysis in a predetermined extraction period, on the basis of a receiving date of the plurality of data blocks in the new group generated by the grouping means.
