PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such the problem that when editing such as combination of an image is performed, paper sheets or toner are wasted or it takes much time and labor for an operation. SOLUTION: A region designation image 115 is acquired from a medium with any one of a first image acquisition unit 19 and a second image acquisition unit 20 as a region designation image acquisition unit, a basic image 116 is acquired from the medium with the other as a basic image acquisition unit, a designation region is extracted from the region designation image 115 by a region extraction unit 112, and a specific region is fitted into the basic image 116 by an image editing section 114, thereby generating an edited image 117.
