<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve high efficiency in efficiently cooling a whole laser medium, and also miniaturize a device. <P>SOLUTION: A solid-state laser device 1 having a solid-state laser medium 7 includes: a cooling medium container 5 for storing the solid-state laser medium 7, where an opening 37 is formed so as to pass excitation lights L1, L2 with respect to the solid-state laser medium 7 and an output light from the solid-state laser medium 7; and a fixing member 25 for fixing the solid-state laser medium 7 with respect to the opening 37 of the cooling medium container 5.
