<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sink capable of keeping a heating element at a desired temperature without using a device different from the heat sink. <P>SOLUTION: This heat sink includes: a sealed vessel 3 covered with a heat-insulating material 2; a heat-transmitting member 12 composed of a heat-transmitting part 10 in contact with the heating element 1 and a heat-transmitting fin 5 arranged to extend from a surface on the side opposite to a surface of the heat-transmitting part 10 in contact with the heating element 1; a heat-dissipating fin 7 for dissipating heat; and a heat storage body 4 filled in the sealed vessel 3. The heat-transmitting part 10 of the heat-transmitting member 12 is incorporated in one surface of the sealed vessel 3 to penetrate the surface; a surface of the heat transmitting part 10 in contact with the heating element 1 projects to the outside; the heat-transmitting fin 5 is located in the sealed vessel 3; the heat-dissipating fin 7 penetrates a surface of the sealed vessel 3 facing a surface thereof on which the heat-transmitting part 10 is located, wherein one-side end is located in the sealed vessel 3, and the other-side end is located outside the sealed vessel 3.
