PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coin depositing/dispensing device enabling a cashier to easily take out foreign coins, game coins, or the like that have not entered a reject box, and preventing coin takeout work out of the device from hindering store operation. SOLUTION: The coin depositing/dispensing device includes: a storage case 3; a depositing/dispensing unit 2 stored in the storage case 3 to deposit/dispense coins; a coin identification part 41 stored in the depositing/dispensing unit 2 and identifying deposited coins; a reject shutter 51 stored in the depositing/dispensing unit 2 and ejecting the coins determined to be false using the coin identification part 41, from a reject hole; and a reject box 53 stored in the depositing/dispensing unit 2 and storing the coins ejected from the reject hole 33a. The depositing/dispensing unit 2 has a first opening 56 allowing access to the stored position 54 of the reject box 53 from the outside of the depositing/dispensing unit 2, and the storage case 3 has a second opening 59 allowing access to the storage position 54 of the reject box 53 from the outside of the storage case 3 through the first opening 56.
