PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guarantee that each record in log data is not improperly deleted even if the records are not continuous. SOLUTION: A CPU 14 obtains a master record ID, i.e., the latest record ID, from log data 7, newly creates a slave record ID, and updates the log data 7 so that a record comprising the slave record ID, out of a set of record IDs consisting of the master record ID and the slave record ID, and the log information, is added; log linkage information 8 is updated so that the set of record IDs is added, and it is verified that all the slave record IDs in the log link information 8 individually match either of the record IDs in the log data 7.
