PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve full low power consumption, while improving the image quality. SOLUTION: A drive circuit of a liquid crystal panel is provided which supplies a video signal to each signal line of a liquid crystal panel which includes a plurality of scanning lines, a plurality of signal lines, and pixels disposed in a matrix corresponding to intersections of the scanning lines and the signal lines. In this case, the circuit includes a first amplifying unit 36a amplifying a video signal, while first and third power supply voltages are applied; and a second amplifying unit 36b amplifying a video signal, while third and second power supply voltages are applied, both being disposed corresponding to each signal line.
