PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical scanner capable of reducing a driving voltage at the time of swing driving, and capable of reducing a mirror distortion. SOLUTION: This optical scanner 100 includes a mirror part 110, a set of the first beams 111, a frame part 112, a set of the second beams 120, a fixing part 140, and a piezoelectric driving part 130. The set of the first beams 111 is extended from a mirror part along a direction separated from the mirror part 110, on a plane including a swinging axis AR. The frame part 112 is arranged to surround the mirror part 110, and is connected with the set of the first beams 111. The set of the second beams 120 is extended from the frame part 112 in a direction along the swinging axis AR. The set of the second beams 120 is connected to the fixing part 140. A gravity center CM of the mirror part 110 is separated in a direction orthogonal to the swinging axis AR, with respect to a second beam extension line EL2 of connecting the set of the first beams 111 in the direction along the swinging axis AR.
