PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsion fuel production device which uses one or more oils, further which capable of remixing and having sufficient stirring ability in compact and simple system. SOLUTION: The emulsion fuel production device comprises a vortex pump 4 having high stirring ability, and an ejector 5 for sucking and jetting liquid which is several times a periphery quantity at the tip of a pipe for supplying and circulating to a tank, and further, a supply line which provides an oiling switching motor valve 1 capable of supplying two or more oils and a plurality of automatic opening and closing valve 2, a circulation line which provides a discharge switching motor valve 3 for recirculating an emulsified product, and a controlling device including a level sensor 12.
