PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide specific heterocyclic compounds, production methods, intermediates and intermediates usable for the production thereof, pharmaceutical compositions containing the same, and use of the composition in treatment. SOLUTION: Compounds of formula (1) (wherein, each symbol is specifically defined), pharmaceutically acceptable salts, solvates and in vivo hydrolyzable esters thereof, have activity as pharmaceuticals, in particular as modulators of chemokine receptor (especially CXCR2) activity, and are usable in the treatment (therapeutic or prophylactic) of conditions/diseases in human and non-human animals, which are exacerbated or caused by excessive or unregulated production of chemokines.
