PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a failure that transparency and strength of a front window of a heater or the like and a peephole of a firing furnace or the like deteriorates remarkably by providing a method for reliably and inexpensively improving acid resistance of a LAS based crystallized glass and the like. SOLUTION: In the method for producing the crystallized glass, heat treatment is performed in such a state that a Cs compound is brought into contact with the surface of the crystallized glass.
