PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a skew of a recording object material caused by a twist and deflection of a pressing member or a return member caused when displacing the pressing member or the return member, without enlarging a feeder and causing a large cost increase, in the feeder constituted so that a feeding roller can be rotated asynchronously with operation of the pressing member or the return member. SOLUTION: The feeder includes the feeding roller 23 rotating by a driving force of a roller driving motor 31, a left rotary body 51 having a hopper for operating by a driving force of a mechanism driving motor 41 and engaging with one end side of the hopper in the main scanning direction X, a right rotary body 57 engaging with the other end side of the hopper in the main scanning direction X, gears 52-56 and a driving force transmission shaft 25 for connecting the left rotary body 51 and the right rotary body 57 so that the driving force can be transmitted, and the feeding roller 23 is journaled by the driving force transmission shaft 25.
