PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ice-making chamber in which a metal skin having uniform thickness is formed in ice-making small chambers, and a method of manufacturing the ice-making chamber. SOLUTION: A first through-hole 46 is arranged to overlap with an erected portion of a first partition plate 43 of a base plate 41, is formed to be larger than a thickness of the first partition plate 43 and is constituted to face respective corner parts 45A of ice-making small chambers 45, 45 adjacent to each other sandwiching the first partition plate 43. A second through-hole 47 is arranged to overlap an erected portion of a second partition plate 44 of a base plate 41, is formed larger than a thickness of the second partition plate 44 and is constituted to face the respective corner parts 45A of the ice-making small chambers 45, 45 adjacent to each other sandwiching the second partition plate 44.
