PURPOSE: A device and a method thereof are provided to prevent crashing accident of a bird and an flight period in an airport by detecting birds located in a long distance. CONSTITUTION: An image processing unit(12) maintains an image label including the size range of the preset bird if the size of an image label is included in the size range of the preset bird. If not, the image processing unit removes an image label which is under the size range. It a mean color value of selected image label is included in a preset average color value range, a control unit(13) determines the image label with a birds image area. |
