A THREADLESS INTRAUTERINE CONTRACEPTIVE IMPLANT AND A METHOD FOR MANUFACTURE

<p>An intra uterine device (I.U.D.), employing thread less or string-less construction and providing higher surface area of copper, is disclosed. It addresses the drawbacks of prior works in terms of preventing direct contact of copper surface with uterine cavity and slippage. Its upwardly sagging shape ensures slippage-free utility.</p>
