PURPOSE: A photoelectric conversion device having a transparent conductive film photoelectric conversion film, and conductive film is provided to reduce increase of dark current. CONSTITUTION: A photoelectric conversion device comprises a transparent conductive film, photoelectric conversion film, and conductive film in order. The photoelectric conversion film contains a photoelectric conversion layer and electronic blocking layer. The electronic blocking layer contains a compound of formula Y1. The photoelectric conversion layer contains a n-type organic semiconductor. The n-type organic semiconductor is fullerene or fullerene derivative. The photoelectric conversion device contains a conductive film, electronic blocking layer, photoelectric conversion layer, and transparent conductive film. |
