<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problem in miniaturization of a display device, wherein a large footprint is required by a sealing material portion, a pixel part, and a wiring portion in the periphery of a drive circuit in the display device. <P>SOLUTION: The wiring is formed at a portion covered with the sealing material on a pixel substrate. In addition, when ultraviolet rays are irradiated to the sealing material via this wiring, the wire width of this wiring is set so that the sealing material at the upper part of the wiring is sufficiently exposed to the ultraviolet rays. Instead of using the wiring of the large wire width, the wiring with a shape in which a plurality of wirings respectively having small wire width are connected in parallel is used. By this, by reducing areas occupied by the pixel part, the wiring, and the sealing material in the periphery of the drive circuit in the display device, the display device can be miniaturized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
