<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce problems in sprouting brown rice and producing highly nutrient delicious sprouted brown rice for hygienically producing highly nutrient delicious sprouted brown rice since heating, which is required for enhancing in vivo enzymatic activity, causes decomposition due to multiplication of microorganisms and generation of damp odor. <P>SOLUTION: An external stimulus is given to grain organisms in a low-temperature environment thereby their enzymatic reactions are activated to promote or to suppress biological reactions. Grain is stored while increasing nutritive values thereby decomposition due to multiplication of microorganisms or occurrence of damp odor can be prevented, and highly nutrient delicious sprouted brown rice can be produced hygienically. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
