<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the alignment of a terahertz optical system without performing work of repeating adjustment while recognizing the strength of a detection signal of a terahertz photodetector. <P>SOLUTION: This terahertz light generator includes a light transmissive substrate 1 for transmitting terahertz light, a light emitting element 2 that is formed on a first surface of the light transmissive substrate 1 and emits visible light, and a photoconductive antenna element 3 that is formed on a second surface of the light transmissive substrate 2 and generates the terahertz light. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
