<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and reliably carry out medication processing and accounting processing for each member of a family when required. <P>SOLUTION: When a medication/accounting terminal 3 displays patient data and drug history data based on a prescription of a patient on windows 31 and 32, respectively, data on a member of the family of the patient who comes along with the patient is simultaneously displayed on windows 31a and 32a, respectively, by a family retrieval code registered in advance into the patient data. The total amount of the dispensing costs for the patient and the member of the family is displayed in a total amount field 36.
