PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold a good-looking resin window with a smooth peripheral edge shape. SOLUTION: A positioning pin 17 is inserted to a resin panel 5 from its end surface to support the resin panel 5 from below, and the resin panel is contracted in a state of being held in a cavity mold 9. A gap S is generated between three sides of the end surface of the resin panel 5 except a side on the supported side by the positioning pin 17 and a molding surface 16 of the cavity mold 9. The cavity mold 9 and a second core mold 13 are mold-clamped, and a contact surface 26 of the second core mold 13 is made to contact a rear surface of the resin panel 5 held by the cavity mold 9 while inserting the projection part 27 into the gap S. A second cavity 47 is formed thereby between the inside of a peripheral wall part 3 of the resin panel 5 and the second core mold 13. In this condition, non-translucent resin 49 is injected to fill the second cavity 47 so as to mold a non-translucent frame part 7. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
