PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input circuit which shifts to the state in which an input signal can be received in a short period of time. SOLUTION: An input terminal P1 receives an input signal S1 from outside. The input terminal P1 is connected to a control terminal of an input transistor M1, and the state thereof varies depending on the input signal S1. An initialization transistor M2 is provided between the input terminal P1 and a ground terminal P2. A control circuit 12 turns on the initialization transistor M2 when a power supply to the input circuit 10 is turned on, and thereafter the initialization transistor M2 is turned off.
