PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus, an imaging system and an imaging method in which, even if there is a time difference among a plurality of imaging apparatus, a temporal preceding-following relationship and a temporal distance among capturing times of a plurality of image data items can be made clear. SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus 100 includes a first imaging apparatus, and a second imaging apparatus. The first imaging apparatus transmits first time information, generates an identifier specifying a transmission source of the first time information, transmits the generated identifier, generates first image data through imaging a subject, and stores first imaging time information relating to an imaging time of the first image data in association with the identifier. The second imaging apparatus receives the first time information, receives the identifier, generates second image data through imaging the subject, and uses differential information between the first time information and second time information to store second imaging time information relating to an imaging time of the second image data in association with the identifier.
