PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio terminal which makes it difficult to easily restore the radio terminal whose functions are stopped to prevent unauthorized use of the radio terminal to a reuse state using a personal computer. SOLUTION: The radio terminal is constituted so that it is not easily restarted by deleting a part or the whole of firmware incorporated as a part of hardware, by an instruction (command) from the outside.
