COBALT SKELETON SUBSTITUTION ALUMINOSILICATE TYPE ZEOLITE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skeleton substitution mordenite or analcime type zeolite wherein a Co atom is substituted for a portion of Al atoms and/or Si atoms forming a skeleton useful as an adsorption separation agent and a catalyst, and to provide a method for producing the same.

SOLUTION: In the method for producing the cobalt skeleton substitution mordenite or analcime type zeolite wherein cobalt is substituted for a portion of Al atoms and/or Si atoms, an aluminosilicate gel including a 2-(2-aminoethyl) glycine complex of cobalt is subjected to hydrothermal reaction. The cobalt skeleton substitution mordenite or analcime type zeolite is produced by the method. Thereby the cobalt skeleton substitution mordenite or analcime type zeolite can be synthesized and provided.
