PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new pillow for good sleep, tempered with a physical function, while the shape, the raw material of a core and touch of a facing have been improved heretofore, resulting in improvement only in contact feeling, because a people sleeps for one third of his life and is recovered from fatigue by sleep to keep good health, but his body slightly moves even during sleep, so that the sleeping degree is affected by the quality of bedding, and especially by the pillow holding the most important organ of the body. SOLUTION: This pillow provides the following physical structure. When the head slightly inclines, contact resistance is generated only a little in a space up to the pillow, but the total resistance value during sleep is a considerable consumption of energy. When the head inclines toward the right, the pillow is shifted to the left for such inclination not to cause resistance. It is same as the reverse. Since the people's head weighs one tenth of the body, it holds energy for slight motion against only a little inclination.
