PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance workability for loading a container. SOLUTION: Four air cylinders 42 for driving a twist lock pin or a locking pin are provided between an engagement position for engagement with engagement holes formed at four corners of a container and a release position for releasing the engagement. Four opening and closing valves 54 for opening and closing a supply line 80 that supplies compressed air to each of the air cylinders 42 are series-connected to the supply line 80. Each of the opening and closing valves 54 includes an operation rod 59 driven to a fastened position from the released position when the container is loaded on a trailer body and each engagement hole is located at the position corresponding to the twist lock pin or the locking pin. When all of the four operation rods 59 are driven to the fastened position by the container, a flow path of the supply line 80 is opened and the compressed air is supplied to each of the air cylinders 42.
