PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet for a table top for obtaining a safe table top for an aged people or an infant child while keeping hardness required for the table top. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet for the table top has a surface protective layer and has a foamed polyolefin-based resin layer having foam magnification ratio of 3-30 times on the back surface side of the decorative sheet, and has the thickness of the foamed polyolefin-based resin layer of 1-30 mm. Injury or pain due to sudden contact can be subdued, and there is no problem that occurs when drawing characters or pictures with a pencil or a ball point pen on the paper placed on the surface of the table top.
