PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a bird repellent tool, which easily fixes a chip-like mounting part to a mounting substrate by an adhesion method in a short time, hardly causes falling of a mounting part in spite of causing change with the lapse of time of adhesive and contraction with the lapse of time and maintains a bird repelling function stably for a long period of time. SOLUTION: The mounting structure of a bird repellent tool includes an approximately plate-like mounting chip 1 equipped with bird repellent tool fixing parts 11 and 12 fixed through an adhesive 2 to the surface of the mounting substrate M and bird repellent tools 3 and 4 fixed to the bird repellent tool fixing parts of the mounting chip 1. The mounting chip 1 has a plurality of through holes 15 and 16 passing through the inside and outside, forms an outside adhesive layer 2b rising to the outsides of the through holes 15 and 16 and expanding more than the through holes 15 and 16 and the outer adhesive layer 2b is integrated with an inside adhesive layer 2a arranged between the surface of the mounting substrate M and the back side of the mounting chip 1 through the through holes 15 and 16.
