COVERING SYSTEM FOR HEATING/COOLING ROOMS AND THERMO- ACOUSTICALLY INSULATING VERTICALLY ENCLOSED IMMOVABLE SPACES

The present invention relates to a covering system for heating/cooling rooms and termo-acoustically insulating building rooms vertically enclosed by peripheral walls having a high thermal transmittance, preferably higher than 0.8 W/(M2 K). These buildings may be buildings for residential, commercial or even industrial use, for example. The system according to the invention comprises room heating/cooling means comprising a plurality of water circulating elements substantially installed in contact with the outer surface of at least one outer peripheral surface. These elements are reciprocally connected so as to define a hydraulic circuit supplied by a heat pump. The system according to the invention also comprises covering means made of insulating material operatively arranged so as to cover the water circulating elements. The system according to the invention ensures a high degree of thermal and acoustic insulation in the rooms, thus activately taking part in the room heating/cooling and ensuring a high energy saving.
