PURPOSE: A rotary roasting apparatus is provided to accurately perform an overturning motion and to simplify the structure of the roasting apparatus by using an actuator. CONSTITUTION: A rotary roasting apparatus comprises an actuator(60), a motion conversion unit(70), a rotary shaft(22), and a food supporter. The actuator linearly reciprocates an operation rod(32). The motion conversion unit is connected to the operation rod and converts the linear reciprocating motion of the operation rod into a rotary motion. The rotary shaft is connected to the motion conversion unit and is rotated. The food supporter is fixed to the rotary shaft. Food is placed on the food supporter. |
