PURPOSE: A method for converting the fixed bed hydrogen of a crude oil based on an atmospheric distillation process using switchable reactors is provided to maintain the stability of a product. CONSTITUTION: Supplied materials are undergone through a hydrogen demetalization process at a hydrogen demetalization section. The supplied material is reached to the hydrogen demetalization through lines(1, 2) A part of hydrogen demetalized material is undergone through a hydrogen decomposition process at a hydrogen decomposition section. A part of hydrogen decomposed material is undergone through a hydrogen desulfurization process at a hydrogen desulfurization section.
