PURPOSE: A glaze composition for heat resistant ceramic ware and the heat resistant ceramic ware manufactured based on the same are provided to prevent the damage of a glaze layer by including low moisture absorbent rate. CONSTITUTION: A glaze composition for heat resistant ceramic ware includes 52-68 weight% of petalite, 8-19 weight% of frit, 0.2-4 weight% of talc, 1-8 weight% of wollastonite, and 8-25 weight% of elvan. Glaze includes one or more glaze raw materials selected from feldspar, kaolin, and limestone. The contents of the feldspar is 1.5-5 weight%, the contents of the kaolin is 2.5-5 weight%, and the contents of the limestone is 1-5 weight%.
