PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevated road identifying device capable of extracting an elevated road by accurately identifying the elevated road. SOLUTION: The elevated road identifying device includes a photographing-related information acquisition means of acquiring a plurality of forward photographing-related information and a plurality of backward photographing-related information obtained by photographing the front and rear of a mobile unit, at a plurality of positions within a traveling region of the mobile unit by a photographic device provided in the mobile unit; a photographing environment information acquisition means of acquiring photographing environment information, including the order of arrangement information indicating the order of arrangement of the plurality of forward photographing-related information and the plurality of backward photographing-related information; an elevated road determining means of determining the presence or absence of an elevated road, based on a change in not less than two ranging forward photographing-related pieces of information of a photographing-related information group comprising not less than two ranging forward photographing-related information and not less than two ranging backward photographing-related information regarded as one group, based on the arrangement order information, and a change in not less than two ranging backward photographing-related information; and a determination result output means of outputting a determination result indicating the presence or the absence of an elevated road.
