PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine preferably maintaining a positional relationship between a game board and a panel member. SOLUTION: The Pachinko game machine 10 includes an inner frame 13 in which the game board 80 formed with a playfield PE is mounted on a resin base 70. The resin base 70 is mounted with a front surface door 14 covering the inner frame 13 from the front to be opened and closed relative to the resin base 70. The front surface door 14 has a frame 20 and a glass unit 30 fixed to the frame 20. The glass unit 30 has a front side glass panel, a rear side glass panel 32, and a glass holder 33 for holding both of them. The front side glass panel is a stationary type, and the rear side glass panel 32 is allowed to be moved back and forth relative to the glass holder 33. The front surface door 14 is moved to a closing position, so that an extending portion 49 of the rear side glass panel 32 is inserted between a facing portion of a second rail cover 400 fixed to the game board 80 and a front surface of the game board 80.
