PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform processing in an information management device based on reference information which is used when acquired and stored processing object information is read when the processing object information is acquired from the information management device and stored. SOLUTION: When an input for instructing an acquisition object file out of files managed by a file management server 10 is received in a client terminal 20, a file acquisition unit 210 of the client terminal 20 acquires the instructed file from the file management server 10 and stores it in a storage unit 250. A link registration processing unit 220 generates a link file containing reference information which is used when the file acquired by the file acquisition unit 210 is read from the storage unit 250, and transmits the generated link file to the file management server 10.
