PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal gear oil pump for a vehicle, sufficiently reducing rotational resistance of a driven gear. SOLUTION: In the driven gear 60, a plurality of recessed portions 100 recessed inward in a thickness direction in a plurality of positions separated in a peripheral direction are formed on both the side surfaces of the driven gear 60. Comparatively great dynamic pressure P is generated between both the side surfaces of the driven gear 60 and inner wall surfaces 54, 56 opposed to the side surfaces, and the driven gear 60 is aligned in the thickness direction. An interval between both the side surfaces of the driven gear 60 and the inner wall surfaces 54, 56 and a lubrication state are sufficiently maintained, and an increase in a friction loss is suppressed.
