PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device which can suppress as much as possible deformation of a circuit board caused when an electronic component is operated. SOLUTION: In the printer 1 in which the circuit board 41 loading the electronic components such as a button switch 43 and a dip switch 44 necessary to be operated is fixed to a stay 54, a receiving part 55, arranged in a state in contact to the circuit board 41 or in a state with a gap of not larger than a flexible amount of the circuit board 41 kept to the circuit board 41, is formed on the rear side or in the vicinity of the rear side of a position where the button switch 43 and dip switch 44 necessary to be operated are mounted on the circuit board 41.
