PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the minimum ground clearance of a differential device itself with a motor, a space in a luggage compartment or a space in a cabin, in a vehicle in which the differential device is joined and integrated with one end side of the motor, and the differential device with the motor with a ring gear of the differential device being engaged therewith is mounted on a drive pinion gear provided on one end of a motor shaft of the motor. SOLUTION: The vehicle 100 is installed a differential device 1 with a motor.
