PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an under-seat cover structure for a saddle riding type vehicle with a fuel tank under a seat, which avoids the exposure of clearances between the fuel tank and each of body covers while giving a small influences onto the capacity and weight of the fuel tank. SOLUTION: The under-seat cover structure has right and left dust covers 61, 62 arranged between the fuel tank 29 and each of right and left rear side covers 36 and supported on the inside faces of the right and left rear side covers 36, respectively, to cover clearances between the fuel tank 29 and each of the right and left rear side covers 36.
