The invention relates to a tracked vehicle (1) comprising a right-side crawler (2) and a left-side crawler (3), wherein each crawler is controlled by a rear driving and deflecting wheel (6, 7) driven by a rear hydraulic motor (19, 27) and by a front driving and deflecting wheel (4, 5) driven by a front hydraulic motor (17, 25). The rear hydraulic motor (19, 27) and the front hydraulic motor (17, 25) of the respective crawlers (2, 3) can be supplied hydraulic fluid by a common hydraulic pump (11), and a feeding line (13, 21) is attached to the pressure side of the hydraulic pump (11), said feeding line branching at a branching point (14, 22) into a rear branch line (18, 26) attached to the rear hydraulic motor (19, 27) and a front branch line (16, 24) attached to the front hydraulic motor (17, 25). The aim of the invention is to develop said tracked vehicle such that the vehicle has a simple and low-maintenance design and can be operated with both two-wheel drive as well as four-wheel drive, said tracked vehicle corresponding to the needs of the driver and to the current driving situation. According to the invention, this is achieved in that a hydraulic switching device (15, 23) is provided, said hydraulic switching device separating the flow of the hydraulic fluid via the feeding line (13, 21) to both of the branch lines (16, 18, 24, 26) in a first operating position such that the rear driving and deflecting wheel (6, 7) and the front driving and deflecting wheel (4, 5) are driven during operation. Said hydraulic switching device also transfers the entire flow of the hydraulic fluid to just one of the branch lines (16, 18, 24, 26) in a second operating position so that either only the rear driving and deflecting wheel (6, 7) or the front driving and deflecting wheel (4, 5) is driven. |
