A lever shifting device, a lever shifting shower and the water spraying control method of the shower are provided. The shower includes a fixing unit (100) and a shifting unit (200). The fixing unit (100) includes a main body (110), in which a water inlet hole (111), a first sliding cavity connected with the water inlet hole (111), a water passage hole connected with the first sliding cavity, a second sliding cavity connected with the water passage hole and two water dividing holes (115, 116) capable of connecting with the second sliding cavity are provided. The shower also includes a water spraying structure mounted under the main body in sealing manner, and the water spraying structure includes two independent water spraying function parts, which are connected with the two water dividing holes (115, 116) respectively. The shower also includes a shell, in which the main body is fixed and sleeved. The shifting unit (200) includes a button (210) with different button functions, a first deflector rod (220) with a first sealing piece (222) and a second deflector rod (230) with a second sealing piece (232). Three kinds of button functions can be implemented by pressing the button, including two different kinds of water spraying effect and one kind of water stopping effect.
