PURPOSE: A multipurpose local wireless communication device and a system are provided to transceives a voice among many people. CONSTITUTION: A mater device transmits a synchronous signal. A slave device reproduces a multi channel voice signal by receiving the multi channel voice signal. An RF module(500) transceives a voice signal. A modem(502) performs modulation and demodulation of the voice signal. A codex(504) decodes a voice signal demodulated in the modem. A mixer(506) mixes the multichannel voice.
