NANOFIBER SHEET WITH CORE-SHELL STRUCTURE

PURPOSE: A nanofiber sheet used as a medical therapeutic agent of skin patch type is provided to quickly heal wound and to increase skin regeneration. CONSTITUTION: A nanofiber sheet of a core shell structure used as a medical skin patch comprises: a core ingredient containing biodegradable polymers, extracellular matrix, nutrition; and a shell ingredient containing biodegradable polymers and antibiotics. The nanofiber sheet comprises: a random layer in which nanofiber is formed in a random direction by electro spinning; and an arranged layer in which the nanofiber is formed in a predetermined direction by electro spinning. The biodegradable polymer of the shell and core is PEO, PVA, or PLA and PCL, respectively.
