<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cogeneration system appropriately determining an operating form having an excellent evaluation value. <P>SOLUTION: Based on time-series prediction electric power load and time-series prediction thermal load in a determination target period longer than a cycle of operation determination timing and on heat quantity of hot water stored in a hot water storage tank at the operation determination timing, an operation control means H for controlling the operation of a cogeneration device N determines a first operation time zone having an excellent evaluation value when assuming that the cogeneration device N is operated in a set output condition in the determination target period.
