<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compensate, before product shipment, a deviation of a reference current that depends on a service environment and the like. <P>SOLUTION: An output voltage DRPEB1 is generated in an operational amplifier P1 in accordance with the difference between a feedback voltage Vfb1 and a reference voltage Vref, and is applied to the gate of a P-channel field effect transistor MA. A drain current flowing in the P-channel field effect transistor MA is made to flow in a series circuit of resistors R0 to R7 as a standard current Isd1, and a switch S selects either of the terminals of the resistances R0 to R7 and thereby one of divided voltages Vtrm0 to Vtrm7 is applied to the gate of the reference transistor MF as a reference voltage Vbias. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
